Hosting a get-together for family and friends this Christmas? You’ve come to the right place. A lot of people turn to Pinterest and other social media sites for inspiration and creative ideas. There are a number of ways to style your table for Christmas dinner, but, it can be hard to know where to start.

So, I’ve put together a set of inspirational pictures and product boards to show how you can create the look at home.

1. Traditional Christmas

Think green and red hues, pretty napkins and festive candles. This look is probably the easiest to create as there are many suitable products available on the high street at the moment.

Use a combination of different patterns and textures to create a layered look. Christmas motifs, such as snowflakes, candy canes and christmas trees can be incorporated within the table cloth, napkins and ornaments. This trend can be very bold, but, to add a Scandi touch you can include rustic wooden objects and greenery.

If you love this look than I have some really good news – you can get it for your own festive table right now!

2. Natural Scandi Christmas

Create the perfect ‘hygge’ festive home to dine in. Embrace Nordic neutrals, wood textures and faux fur layers to create a cosy dining space. A combination of crisp whites and natural elements make it all about you and your family, and nothing else.

A good tip to create a Scandi feel is to add natural objects, such as plants, pine cones or even cinnamon sticks.

This is my kinda look, the closest to my own taste. Do I even have to mention this is my favourite one? :)

If you’d love a Scandi look this Christmas, go ahead, download the product list I put together for you and shop the look for your festive table.

After filling out your details, you’ll be redirected to the Shopping List straight away.

3. Gold Christmas

Gold has always been a colour that symbolises Christmas, however, this year it is even more important. You’ll be seeing gold accents all over the high street on the run-up to the Christmas period.

As gold isn’t for everyone, you can have as much or little as you like. You can add gold elements in cutlery, crockery, candles, place settings and ornaments. Or, if you are very brave, you can combine them all to make a bold statement.

Warm your home with a dusting of sparkle to mark this special occasion.

If you fell in love with the golden shine, go ahead and get the look.

Just fill out your details and you’ll get the full Shopping List right ahead.

I hope this post has inspired you and given you ideas to style your table this Christmas.
